Jessica Elizabeth Lloyd last contacted a family friend via a text message at 10:36 p.m. Thursday. Lloyd did not show up at her work Friday and all attempts to contact her have been unsuccessful, city police report. Her family describes these events as “out of character” for her.

Lloyd is described as five-foot-five and 125 pounds with green eyes and dark brown, shoulder length hair. She has a tattoo of an intricate “L” along the width of her lower back.

Anyone with any information on Lloyd’s whereabouts is asked to contact Belleville city police at 613-966-0882.
