Having been there first hand I think this Flu Clinic in the region when fairly well.  Now before you start ranting on me, yes it was long. Most people waited 45 minutes or longer OUTSIDE. Once inside you had almost as much time before you got your needle. If it was not for the cold weather I think the wait would have been fine.

Things I did not like:

• cold weather / waiting outside
• lack of information for those waiting outside
• paperwork

Things I liked:

• friendly informative staff
• efficiency inside despite computer problems
• great nurses!

Congratulations to the team putting on the clinic. With this first one behind you I am certain that the rest of the clinics will be even better! Oh – the flu shot itself so far has been fine. Not even feeling tired
